HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIDOKIME-RYU KARATE-DO!!!!

March 20th is the day this style became a certified and recognized style of Japanese / American Martial Arts (Karate specifically).  We have come a long way and still have a long way to go.  

We're a small-sized style in comparison to many other styles around the world.  We have an EXCELLENT reputation for a legitimate hard working, hard training, no BS style.  It is a tough style to learn, with tough demands for progression, and time required to advance in rank, and few that have made it to the Black Belt level.  

We have three Hall of Fame Instructors and an Olympian.  We have champions in Kata, Weapons, Point Sparring and Kickboxing.  Our students are made up of moms, dads, students, military, police, firemen, nurses, doctors, medics, lawyers, and professionals of all kinds.  We have rich and we have poor.  We see no color of skin.  We put God first, and we teach discipline, courtesy, and respect within ourselves and towards others.  And we ARE A FAMILY.  We have very few schools and instructors, but we are located across the US and overseas.  We are strong and powerful.  There is a specific type of person that we look for in a Black Belt Instructor to carry on our legacy.  We don't back down from our standards, we just exceed them in all we do.  And we believe that the parents, siblings, children, and grandparents are just as big of a part of our family as our students are.  

We are ONE TOGETHER AND STRONGER TOGETHER.
